Biography
Rainer Moosdorf is working in the field of Cardiovascular Surgery since more than 35 years. He started his career as a Resident at University Hospital in Giessen in 1978. In 1990, he became a full Professor for Cardiovascular Surgery at University in Bonn and Vice Chairman of the respective department. In 1989 and 1990, he was a Researcher and Clinical Fellow at Carolinas Heart Institute in Charlotte/NC. Since 1994, he has been working at University Hospital in Marburg as a full Professor for Cardiovascular Surgery and Director of the Department. Between 2001 and 2011, he was Vice Medical Director and since 2006, Medical Director at University Hospital in Marburg. His main specialties within cardiovascular surgery are “Laser and arrhythmia surgery, endovascular procedures including TAVI´s and endovascular reconstructions of the aortic arch, reconstructive surgery of the coronaries and some types of the French correctionâ€. As Chairman of the board of Medical Network Hessen, he is an official representative of the State of Hessen in the field of Clinical Medicine and Medical Education.

Biography
Sergey Suchkov was born in the City of Astrakhan, Russia, in a family of dynasty medical doctors. In 1980, graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University with MD. From 1980 through 1983 has been working as Res Associate, and from 1983 through 1985 as Senior Res Associate at the Inst of Medicical Enzymology, USSR Academy of Medical Sciences. In 1985, maintained his PhD at the Sechenov University. From 1986 through 1989, has been working as Senior Res Associate at the Koltzov Institute of Dev Biology, USSR Academy of Sciences. From 1989 through 1994, was a Director of the Division of Clinical Immunology, Helmholtz Eye Res Institute in Moscow. In 1989-1993, was trained at the NEI, NIH, Bethesda, MD, USA, and Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, USA, as well as at some of the British universities on the invitation of the Royal Society for Immunology. In 1993-1996, was an Executice Secretary-in-Chief of the Editorial Board, Biomedical Science, an int journal published jointly by the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK. From 1994 through 2006, was a Director (full-time job) of the Division for Clinical Immunology, Vladimiskii Moscow Clinical Research Institute (MONIKI), and The Clinical Immunology Physician-in-Chief (quater-time job) of the Moscow region. In 2002, maintained his Doctor’s Degree at the National Institute of Immunology, Russia. In 1999, was working as a Clinical Immunology Physician (quater-time job) at the “Ehinacea†Clinical Center in Moscow, Russia. From 2006 through 2014, was The First Vice-President (full-time job) of The University of World Politics and Law, Moscow, Russia. From 2000 through 2007, was collaborating with some US and European Healthcare and Pharma companies (half-time job) staying in Moscow, Russia. From 2003 through 2021, was a Professor (quator-time job) of the Dept for Clinical Human Pathology of Sechenov University,Moscow, Russia. From 2007 through 2021, is a Professor (quator-time job) of the Dept for Clinical Allergology & Immunology of A.I. Evdokimov Moscow State University of Medicine & Dentistry, Moscow, Russia. Biography
Dr Avanzas graduated in Medicine at Universidad de Navarra, Pamplona, Spain. He completed Senior House Officer posts and registrar training in Cardiology at Gregorio Marañón Hospital in Madrid, Spain. He took up a Spanish Heart Foundation Research Fellowship at Coronary Artery Research Unit, St. George´s Hospital Medical School in London and some months after that he was appointed as Associate Research Investigator of the Cardiovascular Biology Research Centre at St. George´s Hospital in London. He was also appointed as Consultant Cardiologist in Gregorio Marañón Hospital, Madrid, Spain and he also took up an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship in Hospital Universitario Central de Asturias, Oviedo, Spain. He is now Consultant in Invasive Cardiology in this Hospital. His major interests currently are in the field of coronary artery disease and inflammation, markers of myocardial ischemia and interventional cardiology, particularly antiplatelet therapies and percutaneous valve replacement. He is Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (working groups: Atherosclerosis, European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions and Acute Cardiovascular Care Association) and member of European Society of Atherosclerosis, International Society of Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy (Spanish Gobernor and WEB editor), Spanish Society of Cardiology and several regional cardiac societies. Dr Avanzas is author of more than 170 peer-reviewed articles and invited contributions (h-index=19) and Associate Editor of Revista Española de CardiologÃa (IF:3.3), Heart India and Bio Med Research International (IF: 2,7). He belongs to several scientific journal Editorial Boards (American Journal of Cardiology, World Journal of Translational Medicine, ISRN Cardiology, BioMed Research International, World Journal of Meta-Analysis, Advances in Medicine…). He is a frequent reviewer of more than 30 Cardiology journals and is also involved in teaching medical students and postgraduate teaching. Dr Avanzas is a frequent speaker at national and international meetings.
